We have developed Service Agreement and NDAs and have signed them with all our development teams. The agreements ensure confidentiality and the full transfer of ownership of the intellectual property from the developer to the company.
Yes, we offer three (3) months of support after the completion of the project.
No, the cancellation is free of cost, however, In the event of this AGREEMENT being terminated by either party for any reason, there will be a 30 day notice period through formal communication channels. After termination notification, upcoming payment plans will be adjusted according to the time remaining for that development cycle. All source code and assets created during the development will be handed over smoothly to the client.
We divide the development into Releases and each release comprises not more than 2 sprints. After completion of every sprint, our highly efficient and experienced Quality assurance engineers perform a testing cycle to ensure that every release is delivered with quality.
We gather requirements from you, then analyze them and present the timeline and cost accordingly. If you agree, we start working on the Scope of Work document, once we get approval on the scope we start working on UI/UX and after that, we move to the next phase which is the development phase.
